Farms
The Estate has two large dairy farms and a mixed livestock farm. The dairy farms, Coat Green and Russell Farm, between them milk over 300 cows and there are more than 3000 breeding ewes on the Estate.
Coat Green Farm - a tenanted mixed dairy farm comprising 450 acres of estate land run by the Mason family.
Dalton Old Hall - a tenanted mixed beef and sheep farm comprising 330 acres of estate land run by Mr and Mrs Barker.
Russell Farm - a tenanted specialist dairy farm comprising 170 acres of estate land run by Mr and Mrs Taylor.
